Southern Landscape Management (SLM), an affiliate company, was founded in 1989 by the late Robert Calloway, and was purchased and incorporated in 1995 to provide commercial grounds maintenance service to clients in North Mississippi. SLM, which began with a total two crews and 6 employees, has grown since 1995 to include 8 crews and more than 20 employees.
